To combat the perception that USPS is an antiquated organization, we created the Watch Us Deliver Dashboard. It showcased the Postal Service's most impressive technological feats — along with just-for-fun stuff, like a 24/7 live feed of a Bald Eagle's nest. I led the copywriting and helped design the UX/UI.
